Ok but also what does bring death to death mean. Is everyone who ever died ever now alive. Are people immortal, is death like gone from the world??
Is the flux fixed? In that same vein is Gallifrey back?
Or is it just the people that sutekh killed. And does that count the people who died during the doctors adventures as sutekh was there and could reasonably be given responsibility.
